Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exclusion applies.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. Where an order comprises several goods delivered separately, the period begins once you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the last item.
Exclusion for personalised goods
Under statutory provisions, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or decision by the customer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to do so.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For the reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back.
Returning the goods
You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless agreed otherwise in an individual case.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
